Consent for Personal Data Processing

I voluntarily and explicitly consent to HW.Tech (hereafter “Company”) processing my personal data for the purpose of assessing my qualifications and suitability for service provision on a contractual basis.

Purpose of data processing: assessing my qualifications and suitability for engaging in service provision; completing evaluations and performing required verifications; communicating with me regarding the engagement process.

Data covered by this consent: full name, contact information (phone, email, address); educational background, professional experience; other relevant information provided during the engagement process.

Rights: access, correct, or delete my personal data; restrict or object to processing personal data; right to data portability; withdraw this consent at any time without consequences by notifying the Company in writing; submit complaints to the appropriate data protection authority if my rights are violated.

I acknowledge and agree that in the course of processing my personal data for the above purposes, such data may be stored, transferred, or shared with the Company's affiliates and external service providers involved in the engagement process. I further consent to the storage and processing of my personal data in cloud-based systems, which may involve the transfer of data to jurisdictions outside my country of residence, including but not limited to the United States, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

This consent remains valid until the purpose of data processing is achieved or until I withdraw it.
