We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer specializing in Okta to support and enhance our identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure. This role involves hands-on configuration and maintenance of Okta systems, along with leading integration and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentication workflows, security protocols, and project delivery in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and maintain Okta IAM solutions across the organization

Develop and support Okta workflows, automation, and integration with internal systems and third-party applications

Lead and deliver IAM projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication are effectively managed

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold policy standards and ensure alignment with industry best practices

Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management

Provide expert guidance on Okta configurations, integrations, and security-focused automation
Qualifications:

Proven experience administering and implementing Okta in complex environments

Proficient in Okta Workflows, SSO, MFA, and API-based integrations

Strong project coordination skills, particularly in IAM and security initiatives

Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and SCIM

Background in enterprise IT infrastructure and identity solutions
