We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation programme in the UK real estate sector. This role will bridge the gap between business and technology, focusing on documenting current business processes, eliciting and defining requirements, and supporting the development of a new CRM system. The client is a prominent commercial real estate advisor, serving institutional investors, global corporations, and property owners.

5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience in complex tech and business transformation projects
Proficiency in documentation skills, including business and technical artefacts
Ability to read SQL and C# code and translate it to business logic
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or custom-built)
Knowledge of the real estate sector or similar industries
Experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Confluence, Jira, or Enterprise Architect
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience conducting interviews, workshops, and collaborative working sessions
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Conduct interviews and workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Document current business processes and system functionality
Collaborate with developers to extract business logic from proprietary systems
Develop process flows, data flows, ERDs, functional and non-functional requirements
Support CRM system design, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
Help define and prioritize the backlog of features and technical enablers
Contribute to UAT planning, test scenarios, and change readiness
Maintain a central documentation repository to ensure traceability
Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
