Role Requirements
- Experience in similar roles at B2B software development service companies
- Lead Sourcing & Prospecting – Ability to think creatively to identify and reach key decision-makers
- CRM Proficiency – Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for logging activities, tracking leads, and managing pipelines
- Resilience & Grit – Able to handle rejection professionally and continue outreach with persistence
- Hustler Mentality – Self-driven and target-oriented with a passion for exceeding activity and performance goals
- Excellent Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills; able to craft compelling messages and quickly build rapport via phone and email
- Metrics-Driven – Comfortable being evaluated on KPIs such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
- Work Schedule: Standard business hours aligned with EST (New York time)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and outbound emails to potential clients, primarily in the healthcare space
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM and ensure pipeline accuracy
- Collaborate with Business Development to align on target accounts and messaging
- Stay up to date with industry trends and healthcare market dynamics
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and performance targets
