We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR People Partner to join our internal team and help create a supportive, engaging, and growth-focused environment for our employees.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Partner or similar role
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Critical thinking and a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to build trust and detect potential retention risks
• Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage and support the performance review process
• Collaborate closely with the Head of HR on strategic initiatives
• Plan and execute internal events and corporate activities
• Promote and support a strong corporate culture
• Act as a reliable point of contact for employees, providing daily HR support
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team efficiency
• Continuously improve HR processes and enhance employee experience
