Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and customize HubSpot CRM, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automation workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
- Analyze existing business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Manage system integrations and data synchronization between HubSpot and other business tools.
- Oversee data imports and maintain CRM data integrity to ensure accuracy across teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot-related issues.
- Train and assist team members in best practices and process optimizations within HubSpot.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and new features, implementing improvements where applicable.
- Monitor CRM performance and data consistency to enhance business operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM in an administrative or technical capacity.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot reporting, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with system integrations and data management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in change management and process implementation is a plus.
